#1 High-Quality Photography and Videography. You don’t have to invest in professional photography and videography. Consider buying a nice camera in lieu of your phone. For high-end properties, you can step-it-up with drone footage or virtual tours to provide an immersive experience and highlight unique features.


#2 3D Virtual Tours. Create interactive 3D virtual tours of your properties using specialized software or platforms. Don’t get concerned that you’ll need a programmer and designer to do this for you.  There are plenty of local 3D Virtual Tour companies that offer this service at a reasonable price.


#3 Email Marketing. Build an email list of potential clients and industry contacts, and regularly send out newsletters and / or property updates. Customize your emails based on the specific needs and preferences of each recipient. For extra points, include images, property details, and links to dedicated landing pages or virtual tours.


#4 Targeted Direct Mail Campaigns. Send targeted, direct mail campaigns to potential clients in your market. Create eye-catching brochures, postcards, or flyers that highlight your listings’ key features and benefits. Consider including QR codes or unique URLs to drive recipients to dedicated landing pages or virtual tours for more information.  You don’t have to break the bank and create fancy postcards.  A simple sales letter, property brochure, and standard letter with stamp will do the trick.
