Ok, so you’re in a sales consultation with a potential client and everything is going great…until…they ask to see your listing brochures.

If you cringe when someone asks to see a portfolio of brochures, you’re not alone.

Only agents working with large brokerages have access to graphic design professionals that will work on your brochures for the good of the brokerage (they want those deals to turn around fast too!)  Everyone else has to figure it out on their own.

If you’re an agent who’s on their own when it comes to listing brochures, here’s some advice.

A good listing brochure will…

  • Put your best foot forward. You’ll want to add it to your presentation slides, brag to your cohorts, and pop it onto a billboard—you’re going to want everyone to see that baby!
  • Give you control of your listings. Using an agency or marketing team can be great, but you’re also dependent on them for changes, revisions, and updates. Think of ways to get access to those files so you can make basic changes yourself (if needed).
  • Deliver a fresh flow of leads. Each listing will be viewed by not only other agents on listing databases, but also investors, landlords, and tenants looking for services.

You and your clients deserve to have proper listings brochures worthy of being shown off.  If you need help with your listing brochures, but you’re not ready to sign up for an expensive subscription or hire a graphic designer, consider the Brochure Templates.

Do-it-yourself templates put you in charge. One-time fee, no monthly subscription. There are no limits to the number of brochures you can create with the template.  Make as many as you want!

Offering professionally designed Brochure Templates with no monthly fees.  Is yet another way I’m taking the “broke” out of commercial real estate brokerage.
